How can I open an online account with you?
Existing account customers can apply using our online registration form - please click on login (top left) and the 'Request Login' button under Existing Trade Customer. As soon as we receive this we will email you a login and password and basic instructions. If you are not an existing customer then you have a few options – you can either browse the catalogue then call in to our Matlock showroom or call/email us to place an order, or you can request a cash or credit account by calling us on 01629 56651. Once the account is opened we can give you an online login.
I have a trade account with you but why should I log-in as you display prices?
By logging in you can see your account specific prices which may vary from the standard trade price shown, you can place orders and you can look at previous orders (and invoices) placed.
Do you have a minimum order value for free delivery?
No, we offer free next day delivery from our Stores within a 25 mile radius of Matlock.
How can I check if you have something in stock?
Almost all items in our catalogue are in stock - if not we normally get them in within a couple of days. You can call us to double check if items are in stock if you wish.
I want to check my previous orders and invoices - can I do this online?
Yes, once logged in, click on the 'My Account' button.
